Voyant has announced the appointment of Jan Nugara as Chief Operating Officer (COO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to scale its advanced sensing and data fusion capabilities across defence, aerospace, and security markets.
Jan brings a strong background in operational leadership, governance, and organisational delivery, with experience overseeing business operations across finance, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. In her role as COO at Voyant, she will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting programme delivery, and enabling the company’s continued expansion with partners across the defence and innovation ecosystem.
Prior to joining Voyant, Jan held roles spanning operations management and business support within technology-focused organisations, building a track record of delivering efficient, scalable processes and supporting high-growth environments.
